Ashley Pipal

Illinois Mediation Attorney

Ashley Pipal is a certified Illinois mediator and an associate attorney at A. Traub & Associates. Since coming to the firm in 2022, she has helped clients work through disputes over divorce, custody, and child support.

Ashley completed her undergraduate studies at Illinois State University in 2009, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice. She received her Juris Doctor from Arizona Summit Law School in 2013. As a law student, she completed an internship at Phoenix’s Family Law Assistance Project, assisting people with family court matters.

Her family law background includes divorce, spousal maintenance, decisions about parental responsibilities and parenting time, grandparent visitation requests, and modifications after a judgment has been entered. Ashley is also qualified to act as a Guardian ad Litem and Child Representative in DuPage and Cook Counties, roles that focus on a child’s best interests. As a mediator, she works to take some of the stress out of the process and help families reach agreements that respect everyone’s rights and support the family going forward.

Ashley was admitted to the Illinois bar in 2014. She belongs to the Illinois State Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Northwest Suburban Bar Association, and Super Lawyers has recognized her as a Rising Star since 2024.
